With Comic-Con finally in full swing, rumors are flying off the press wheels. Apparently Felicia Hardy may or may not be helping an emerald hued baddie in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Terry McGuiness may be the next Batman. It’s that crazy time for geek culture to go nuts.
But here is one that really caught our eye for the documented proof. According to good ol’ Harry Knowles over at Ain’t It Cool News, the return of the Dark Knight, from the Beyond or otherwise, may be closer than you think.
Knowles writes, “I've just been given a corporate document for a company that works very closely with studios on their releases - that details the titles that they'll be forming corporate strategies through 2015. Not only does it have a Justice League movie listed, but Batman. That this document was distributed today within this company.”
Could this mean we can expect an announcement this weekend at Comic-Con? I must admit the mind wanders.
However, if this is indeed a reboot, and probably not one set in the distant future, I have to question them relaunching the series just three years after The Dark Knight Rises. It would be a daring move, as many thought they would wait to reintroduce a new Batman in either a Justice League or World’s Finest movie. Then again, may this just be related to some future television venture?

DC would be insane to rush through a Batman reboot and/or a Justice League movie. Batman is a character that can be portrayed in many different ways, but wouldn't a 2015 Batman have to be in production this time next year?
They'd be much better off introducing Bruce Wayne in Man of Steel 2, and have that film set up a Justice League film, with the other characters introduced then.
