The new sci-fi flick has got Captain America himself front and center on their poster.
Can't wait to see Chris Evans kick some ass again as Captain America until Avengers: Age of Ultron comes out next summer? Then maybe this unique new action/sci-fi film can tide you over.
Chris Evans is the star of Snowpiercer, the latest film from talented South Korean director Bong Joon-ho. Bong is known for his genre films which usually showcase a dark sense of humor, a keen attention to detail, and deft ability to change tone at the drop of a hat. Snowpiercer has had a long journey to make it to US theaters, and the film, based on a French graphic novel by Jacques Lob, centers on a crew of characters existing on a train in 2031 on a frozen Earth. Evans' role is that of a poor citizen stuck on the back of the train, trying to move with others to the better, more humane conditions of the front of the train occupied by the wealthy.
Evans appears on the film's poster, along with glimpses of some the other stars like Octavia Spencer, Kang-ho Song, Go Ah-sung, Jamie Bell, Tilda Swinton, John Hurt, and Ed Harris. The film hits U.S. theaters on June 27th. You can check out the poster over at Vulture, or just take a peek below.
