There's a Scooby-Doo reboot coming from Warner Bros. We'll let that sink in for a second...
Full disclosure: this writer is an unabashed Scooby-Doo fan. I consider the entirety of Scooby-Doo: Where Are You to be an unimpeachable classic, but will admit diminishing returns from The New Scooby-Doo Movies onwards. If you let me, I'll tell you about why the most recent version, Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated is as perfectly constructed (as far as animated mystery solving canine shows can be) as any cable drama. Hell, I didn't even hate the Raja Gosnell live-action flicks all that much. And while we're on the subject of Scooby-Doo movies...
Warner Bros. is about to try again, with Randall Green at the helm. No word on whether this is an animated or live-action project, although it will probably be a hybrid like the Gosnell movies. No other details are available, but I promise you, I'll work tirelessly to solve this mystery as long as you promise to pay me in Scooby Snacks.
While you wait, go watch every single episode of Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated, the Breaking Bad of cartoon dog sleuth shows.
