In a late-night interview, actor Jason Momoa plays aloof on the rumor he's Aquaman in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Oh my sun and stars, it would appear with each passing day that the rumors about Jason Momoa playing Aquaman in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice aren’t exactly rumors.
When making the late night circuit on Wednesday night to promote a new movie, Momoa was asked point blank by Jimmy Kimmel on Jimmy Kimmel Live if he is playing Aquaman. While Momoa certainly did not confirm the rumors, his giddy protestations and smiling denials might indicate something else. Indeed, when asked point blank if he is playing the green leotard sporting superhero, Momoa said, “That would be pretty exciting. What do you think? We’ll just have to wait and see.”

Momoa is currently best known for playing Khal Drogo during the first season of HBO’s blockbuster Game of Thrones series. A warring horse lord of the east who takes Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) as wife and “khaleesi,” he certainly left an impression. The role has led to him playing Conan in the Conan the Barbarian remake, and to his confirmed casting for a part in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, though WB and Zack Snyder remain tight-lipped about what that role might be.
