This is the closest thing to an official look at Henry Cavill as Clark Kent as we're likely to see today.
Official images from Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice have been hard to come by. We have a logo and a title. We have a black and white still of Ben Affleck as Batman. And that's about it. No sign yet of Gal Gadot as Diana Prince or Wonder Woman. Not a hint of whatever tweaks are coming to the Superman costume.
But then there's Henry Cavill, doing good work for the Royal Marine Charitable Trust Fund, a UK charity that helps support retired soldiers. They unveiled the image via their Twitter account. We try not to go too crazy with the whole set photo thing, but this is for a good cause.
A treat for a Monday morning for all our #HenryCavill fans. Henry is a great supporter of the @RM1664Challenge! http://t.co/q4HcEqw0Mr

Clearly, this is Henry Cavill in his Clark Kent attire, minus the glasses. It's not much, but we'll take it. Kind of a conservative, almost George Reeves vibe with that trenchcoat, right? Funny that they chose to show him without the glasses. Perhaps they're saving that for a more "official" reveal down the road.

An additional hat-tip to the old Superman Cinema gang for pointing me at this.
