We've got movie sign! Turkey Day will return this Thanksgiving, and Joel Hodgson needs your help.
Mystery Science Theater 3000 is prepping for Thanksgiving, even though it's July. After the success of 2013's triumphant return of Mystery Science Theater 3000's Thanksgiving tradition, Turkey Day, it should come as no surprise that they're doing it again. Ah, the warmth and stability of holiday traditions. Food. Football. More food. Questionable kaiju movies. More food. Tryptophan comas...
(ahem)
Anyway. Courtesy of Joel Hodgson's Facebook page (we can't embed actual Facebook postings here at the Satellite of GeekDen of Geek, so please cut us some slack) comes this message:
"We're prepping to write the new MST3K Turkey Day Marathon 2014 and I would love to hear your remembrances from any past Turkey Day Marathons or Turkey Day Marathon related messages! I may even read your post on the youtube."
Look, if you don't believe me, or just hate Facebook, he issued the same call to arms on Twitter.

Hey! It's like when they used to read letters on the old show! Joel isn't all that specific here about how you should send these "remembrances" but (and this comes with me doing not even the slightest bit of legwork or research on the subject) I suspect that the old MST3K Info Club PO Box is no longer valid. Maybe you should just comment on his Facebook page. Or tweet them at him. Yes, that's probably the ticket.
Now, the next question is...what, if anything, does this have to do with the MST3Kreboot that Joel hinted at in a recent interview? Could Turkey Day 2014 possibly, finally be the kickoff for a new Mystery Science Theater 3000 series? What do you think?
(cue "Mighty Science Theater")
