The key cast members of the original Alien talk about reprising their iconic roles in the upcoming DLC.
A new behind the scenes video has surfaced for Alien: Isolation this week, which features exclusive interviews with several cast members from the original 1979 movie by Ridley Scott. It was recently announced that these iconic actors would be returning to voice a story-based DLC for Alien: Isolation, which includes two missions that reimagine classic scenes from the film.
In this video, you’ll get to hear Sigourney Weaver (Ellen Ripley), Tom Skerritt (Dallas), Harry Dean Stanton (Brett), Yaphet Kotto (Parker), and Veronica Cartwright (Lambert) reminiscence about the original Alienfilm, as well as discuss what the medium of video games can now allow them to achieve from a storytelling perspective.
The star-studded DLC will be available to everyone who pre-orders the upcoming game, although you’ll also still be able to buy it individually at some point down the road. Alien: Isolation will be available on October 7, 2014 for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
