Guy Ritchie's film of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. moves to next summer. Point Break shuffles its date by a week, too.
Warner Bros has been juggling its upcoming release dates, in the US anyway, with Guy Ritchie's film of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. undergoing the biggest move. The film, which stars Henry Cavill, had been scheduled for January 2015. Warner Bros will now release the movie on August 14th 2015. To help accommodate that, it's moved the remake Point Break forward a week, to July 31st 2015.
The studio has also announced a release date for Clint Eastwood's film of American Sniper. The movie, which features Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller, will arrive on Christmas Day 2014 in the States, for a limited release. It'll then get a wider release from January 16th 2015.
The delay of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. will inevitably be reflected in its UK bow too, but Warner Bros hasn't yet confirmed where the British release dates will land.
