We now have the names of every character in the Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser!
EW has revealed the name of all the character that were introduced in the Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser on Black Friday.
Before we get to it, we should let you know that Director J. J. Abrams and Producer Kathleen Kennedy made mock-ups of the classic Topps Star Wars trading cards for these reveals. We'll attach the mock-ups to each name. No word on whether these are going to be official merch some time soon. We're guessing this is just Abrams geeking out a little.
“I’m only sorry we couldn’t give everyone a stick of gum,” Abrams told EW. Also, he says there is a significance to the numbering of each card, so start investigating!

Soccer Ball Droid is BB-8
Oscar Isaac is Poe Dameron
John Boyega is Finn
Daisy Ridley is Rey
The hooded man with the crossguard lightsaber is Kylo Ren...
One thought before we move on, did you notice how neither Finn or Rey have last names? Is this an important omission? Throughout Star Wars history, almost every single character has had a first and last name, no matter how terrible or ridiculous those names end of being (Palpatine's first name is Sheev, ya'll!). Kind of makes you wonder....I sense something, a presence I have not felt since...
