Captain America: Civil War synopsis confirms plot points

While the world gets ready for the roll-out of Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age Of Ultron, which begins towards the end of April, a pivotal movie in the Marvel cinematic universe will be shooting. Production begins on Joe and Anthony Russo's Captain America: Civil Waron April 1st, with Chris Evans, Daniel Bruhl, Robert Downey Jr, Scarlett Johansson, Anthony Mackie and Jeremy Renner all on board.

A casting call for extras has gone out too, and along with it came what looks like the first official synopsis for the movie. And if there was any doubt that Captain America: Civil War would be about the conflict over the Superhero Registration Act (er, there wasn't that much doubt, in truth), then let this put that to bed:

Following the events of Age of Ultron, the collective governments of the world pass an act designed to regulate all superhuman activity. This polarizes opinion amongst the Avengers, causing two factions to side with Iron Man or Captain America, which causes an epic battle between former allies.
