Harry Potter And The Cursed Child heading to London

2016 is going to be a big year for Harry Potter. Already, the first in a new trilogy of films has been set for November 2016. Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them will be set around 70 years before the existing Potter stories, and Eddie Redmayne has already been cast in the lead role.

But now we learn that Harry Potter is heading to the stage too. Harry Potter And The Cursed Child is set to open in London in 2016, and J.K. Rowling has been working with The Fades and Sandman movie writer Jack Thorne to put it together.

Plot details are being kept under wraps, but Rowling has revealed that it'll tell "an untold part of Harry's story." John Tiffany is set to direct the production.
