Check out the massive, multi-poster banner for Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies.
Considering that The Hobbit was once simply a 250-300 page children’s book, and that it is now a massive nine-plus hour film trilogy, it seems only fitting that the final Hobbit film also go big on all the marketing too. And indeed, the new massive banner that Warner Bros. has released for the upcoming Peter Jackson film lives up to its far more ominous title (as opposed to the once quainter “There and Back Again”).
In the below banner for The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies, you can see Bilbo Baggins, Gandalf the Grey, Thorin Oakenshield, all 12 other dwarves, Legolas, Tauriel, Galadriel, Bard the Boatman, and one very pissed off dragon.
War has finally come as Smaug awakens, and the destiny of Middle-earth is sealed when Bilbo’s small ring transpires events for an even bigger quest to come. The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies stars Martin Freeman, Ian McKellen, Richard Armitage, Benedict Cumberbatch, Evangeline Lilly, Orlando Bloom, Cate Blanchett, Luke Evans, Manu Bennett, Hugo Weaving, Ian Holm, and Christopher Lee.
The battle begins on December 17, 2014.
