Dennis Haybsert, one time President Palmer in 24, has joined a couple of high profile projects.
Firstly up, he's the latest addition to the cast of Seth MacFarlane's Ted 2. He joins returnees Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis, and other new additions Morgan Freeman, Amanda Seyfried and Jessica Barth. His role in that one is said to be a small one.
Then, he'll also be in the cast for the adaptation of the videogame Dead Rising, that Crackle is behind. That one's being directed by Zach Lipvosky, and will get a digital release in the US first, before getting a global rollout.
Haysbert's role in both productions is unclear. But if you're looking for a piece of his work to check out while we wait to find out more, he's excellent in the wonderful Far From Heaven. That's worth digging out.
