Scott Snyder and Jock's Wytches, published by Image Comics, is going to become a movie. That didn't take long.
Scott Snyder, in case you didn't know it already, has arrived. The beloved Batman scribe has been knocking it out of the park with non-Batman work like TheWakeand now, the recently released Wytchesfrom Image Comics. How recent is Wytches? The first issue dropped on Wednesday, and on Friday the movie deal was announced.
Mr. Snyder co-created Wytcheswith artist Jock, and the spooky comic has earned considerable acclaim off the back of its release. New Regency has acquired the film rights for Wytches, and Plan B Entertainment will produce. Snyder and Jock will hang around as executive producers.
