The Crow remake is still happening, and should go before the cameras in Spring of 2015.
Things have gone quiet on The Crow reboot recently but producer Ed Pressman assures everyone that it's still happening. He recently spoke briefly about the project, and said that it should begin production "in the spring" of 2015. There is no director, and as of now, no cast, although Luke Evans' name has come up in connection with the lead role.
It's going to be difficult to top Brandon Lee in this one, though. The son of legendary actor and martial artist Bruce Lee was tragically killed during an accident during the production of the original. It only added to the mystique of what was an already electrifying performance that certainly would have rocketed him to superstardom.
