Who is in the new James Bond movie, SPECTRE? What little bits and pieces do we know about the story? We've got it all right here...
Skyfallbecame a somewhat divisive film among Bond fans. However, there's no denying that in many ways it was a return to some of the more familiar elements of the James Bond franchise. Well, it seems like even more of these familiar elements will be in place for the next James Bond movie, the title of which has been revealed as SPECTRE.
As expected, and to nobody's surprise, Skyfalldirector Sam Mendes is back for SPECTRE, as is Daniel Craig for his fourth go-around as James Bond. He'll now have starred in as many Bond movies as Pierce Brosnan. Two more and he'll have matched Sean Connery's original run. Yes, "original run" means we're not counting Never Say Never Again, which is a remake of Thunderball, anyway.

Bond 24 Cast
In addition to Mr. Craig, we have a stack of returning cast from Skyfall. Naomie Harris will reprise her role as the decidedly more interesting Moneypenny, Ben Whishaw is back as Q, Rory Kinnear is Tanner, and Ralph Fiennes is the new M. C'mon, even you Skyfallhaters must have loved that last scene with Fiennes and Craig, right?
Most exciting, though, is the addition of Andrew Scott (who is nothing less that brilliant as Moriarty on the BBC's Sherlock) as an MI6 operative named Denbigh. More on that in a minute...
Also, it appears that Jesper Christensen, who played Bond villain Mr. White in Quantum of Solace and Skyfall, will return (thanks to ComicBook.Com for that tip).
Bond 24 Villains
Well, for starters, that title is a dead giveaway. SPECTRE first appeared in Ian Fleming's Thunderball novel in 1961, it was the eighth James Bond book. Before that, Bond had his hands full with SMERSH, but SPECTRE has a much nicer ring to it. SPECTRE has been on the movie scene since the first Bond film, Dr. No, though.
Christoph Waltz is playing a villainous fellow named Oberhauser. The word on the street, though, is that he's actually SPECTRE leader Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
Dave Bautista, who you know and love as Drax the Destroyer from Guardians of the Galaxy, is playing a fella named Hinx. That's a henchman's name if I've ever heard one.
Now, typecasting is, of course, a bad thing, but maybe Andrew Scott's Denby character is actually a double agent working for SPECTRE. When his name initially surfaced in connection with Bond 24, he was whispered to be a villain. It's possible. I can dream, right?
Bond 24 Leading Ladies
Lea Seydoux of Blue is the Warmest Color fame is the primary "Bond girl" for this installment, named Madeleine Swann, while Monica Bellucci is playing Lucia Sciarra. Those of you still in mourning over the fact that Ms. Bellucci will never get a chance to play Wonder Woman will have to content yourself with this.
Bond 24 Details and Production
After a little confusion over the release date, we now know that SPECTRE will be released in cinemas on November 6th, 2015. To that end, it starts shooting on December 8th of 2014, with principal photography expected to take seven months in locations like London, Rome, the Austrian Alps, and others.
And yes, Mr. Bond will get his hands on an Aston Martin in this movie. Not a vintage model, but the new Aston Martin DB10.
