Joe Lynch, the director of Knights of Badassdom, is channeling some serious action movies in the trailer for Everly, starring Salma Hayek. What happens when a prostitute who works for the Yakuza has to save herself and her young daughter from an army of bad guys? Carnage. Lots of it.

Everly also stars Akie Kotabe and Hiroyuki Watanabe, and has a script by Yale Hannon. It will be available via VOD beginning on January 23rd, and then hits theaters on February 27th.
