Bryan Singer has chosen three core mutants for the final installment of the "First Class Trilogy." Here are the details...
NewsThe hunt for Cyclops and Jean Grey is over. Bryan Singer has chosen three crucial mutants for X-Men: Apocalypse, and now the only core team member roles from the first X-Men movie that have yet to be recast are Rogue and Wolverine. That's a bridge that won't have to be crossed until future films, thankfully.
Bryan Singer announced the news on Twitter.
Meet our new and brilliant young mutants: @Alexshipppp as #Storm@SophieT as #JeanGrey and @TyeSheridan as #Cyclops.

Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones) is Jean Grey, Tye Sheridan will play Scott "Cyclops" Summers, and Alexandra Shipp (who recently played Aaliyah in Aaliyah: Princess of R&B) is Ororo "Storm" Munroe.
Here's the official synopsis of the film:
Apocalypse takes place a decade after Days of Future Past and is a seamless next step in the story. The altering of time has unleashed a new and uniquely powerful enemy. Charles (James McAvoy), Erik/Magneto (Michael Fassbender), Raven/Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) and Hank/Beast (Nicholas Hoult) are joined by young Cyclops, Storm, Jean and others as the X-Men must fight their most formidable foe yet – an ancient unrelenting force determined to cause an apocalypse unlike any in human history.
