Watch the new viral teaser of Jake Gyllenhaal losing his cool during an "elevator" pitch for his new movie, Nightcrawler.
The key to seeking fulfilling employment is confidence. After that, persistence can also be a boon in the right circumstances. So why does Jake Gyllenhaal’s character from Nightcrawler, whose multiple takes on his “elevator pitch” comprises the new viral video below, seem so unnerving?
Crawly, and creepy, indeed.
Below is the new teaser trailer for Nightcrawler, which feature Gyllenhaal at his most emaciated and intense as he drills a hole into the lens with his 40-yard stare.
The film, which is written and directed by The Bourne Legacy’s Dan Gilroy, follows the events of a driven young man who stumbles on a new career as a crime journalist in the seedier parts of LA. Why do I suspect that is only the tip of the iceberg. The movie also stars Bill Paxton, Rene Russo, and Riz Ahmed.
Nightcrawler will slither and boil over into cinemas on October 17, 2014.
