Antoine Fuqua won't be back to direct London Has Fallen. But his replacement appears to have been found...
Filming can't be too far away on the sequel to last year's surprise action hit, Olympus Has Fallen. We already know that the follow-up is going to be called London Has Fallen, with Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart and Morgan Freeman all down to reprise their roles from the first film.
However, director Antoine Fuqua, currently putting the finishing touches to The Equalizer, won't be back. In his place? That'd be Fredrik Bond, currently best known for the Shia LaBeouf movie Charlie Countryman. Bond is said to be in negotiations to direct the movie, with filming set to begin in October.
London Has Fallenis expected to be released in late 2015.
