As Zack Snyder nears the end of the Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice shoot, news lands that the trailer might be closer than thought.
In a week where one teaser trailer has already proven itself rather popular (you can probably guess which one), we now learn that the first teaser for Batman v. Superman: Dawn Of Justice will be with us this side of Christmas. That's a surprise: given that the film isn't due in cinemas until March 2016, we weren't expecting footage to be released for some time yet. However, Batman on Film is reporting that the first teaser trailer is "complete and ready to go."
Furthermore, the site reports that "the teaser will be revealed this fall along with a November or December film release." If that's the case, then the biggest Warner Bros title between now and Christmas is The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies. That looks the most likely candidate.

The teaser, too, is reported to be "Batman heavy", and so when it does land, we're guessing we might just be seeing a lot of Ben Affleck in his Batsuit. We hope there's room for Superman in there too, mind.
Production is continuing on Batman v. Superman: Dawn Of Justice incidentally, with director Zack Snyder taking the shoot to New Mexico. That said, it's not too long now before he heads to the edit room and starts to put together his first cut of the movie...
